Flexifill
FLEXIFILL serves traditionally as thermal insulation in woollen outer wear. The product development allows FLEXIFILL to be combined with the finest microfibre outerwear materials.
The needling process gives FLEXIFILL a natural touch without hardening effects of thermal or adhesive bounded waddings
The Thickness of FLEXIFILL is only 1/4 compared with the thickness of thermal bounded wadding of 40 g/m² and still the thermal insulation of FLEXIFILL is the same.
These characteristics give the cloth an excellent fit and a good thermal insulation considering the thickness
We manufacture FLEXIFILL in Quality 81 RK100-0/9, which is used with normal fabrics.
